At Florham Realty, we do things a little differently and that’s a good thing. We believe that property management and investment should be a partnership with open lines of communication. A few of the ways we promote better understanding and terms with our clients include:

Because we are a small, efficient management team we understand the importance of the right people to partner with you. That’s why our team includes an in-house attorney. This allows us to react more quickly and efficiently to issues common to shopping centers such as safety and security, lease compliance, and optimal protection of tenant rights and responsibilities.

Different properties offer and present different challenges. Our in-house finance director monitors all billing and generates financial reports. Along with the managing director, he evaluates existing property performance as well as that of potential acquisitions. Our accountant ensures properties run efficiently by negotiating maintenance contracts in-house, and overseeing general maintenance and all invoicing.
